Charter-party (Time) - Withdrawal of vessels from service of charterers - Whether withdrawal justified. Charter-party (Time) - Frustration - Oil tankers chartered for world wide service - Vessels no longer needed by charterers because sources of supply of oil remained normal - Whether charter-parties frustrated.
