Demurrage - Shifting time

A further issue arising under London Arbitration 7/91 (see L.M.L.N. 303) was whether the owners were entitled to demurrage in respect of a period of 1 hour, being the time taken for the ship to shift from the anchorage at which she had been waiting to her loading berth. The charterers said that they were entitled to rely on clause 46.
