Demurrage - Shifting time
A further issue arising under London Arbitration 7/91 (see
L.M.L.N. 303) was whether the owners were entitled to demurrage in respect of a period of 1 hour, being the time taken for the ship to
shift from the anchorage at which she had been waiting to her loading berth. The charterers said that they were entitled to
rely on clause 46.
