Voyage charter - Whether vessel proceeded with all convenient speed

The vessel Takafa was chartered to carry a cargo of 15,000 tonnes of fertiliser from a port on the Mississippi River to Bhabnagah. Line 10 of the charterparty provided that the vessel being so loaded should proceed with all convenient speed. The charterparty also incorporated the Hague Rules.
