On 30 July 1981 Intermar Carriers, as disponent owners, chartered the vessel Tiffany to Bunge Corporation on the N.Y.P.E. form for a period of eight years. The registered owners of the vessel were Tri-Color Shipping Corporation, which had bareboat - chartered her to Intermar.
