Laytime - Notice of readiness - Calculating laytime under the Vegoil form

The vessel was chartered under the Vegetable Oil Charterparty form (“Vegoil”). The owners tendered notice of readiness to load at 08 30 on 30 November. At that time the vessel was still outside the commercial limits of the port and was therefore not an arrived ship. The vessel did not come within the limits of the port until 18 50 on 30 November.
