N.Y.P.E. form - Whether lien exercisable on all cargoes or only cargoes owned by charterer
The vessel was chartered under the N.Y.P.E. form, clause 18 of which gave the owners a lien “upon all cargoes . . . for any
amounts due under this charter . . .”
