The vessel was chartered on the N.Y.P.E. form. During loading the vessel was delayed (as the arbitrators found) as a result
of bad stowage caused by negligence of the stevedores and a failure by the master and officers to exercise a proper and adequate
degree of supervision over the way the work was done.
