Carriage of bulk oil cargo - Whether short-delivered

The issue in this case concerned an alleged short-delivery of a bulk oil cargo. The shore loading and discharge figures were 862,838 and 854,335 barrels respectively. The ship’s loading and discharge figures were 867,470 and 861,062 respectively.
