Collision action - Vessels collided in fog in Baltic Sea

On 10 March 1986 at about 12 25 GMT a collision occurred in the Baltic Sea between the plaintiffs’ ship Pulkovo and the defendants’ ship Oden . Visibility had been reduced by fog to a distance of about two cables and there was a substantial amount of broken ice in the vicinity.
