Injunction - Whether available to restrain application for discovery in foreign court

Risks were insured by a United States insurance company, United National Insurance through its underwriting agent, Pacific General Agency Inc. (“PGA”). The risks were re-insured with South Carolina Insurance and South Carolina re-re-insured with, inter alia , Assurantie Maatschappij, Al Ahlia Insurance and Arabian Seas Insurance, respectively Dutch and Middle Eastern companies.
