Arbitration Law Handbook

Korea OVERVIEW The legislative framework for arbitration in Korea is the Arbitration Act of Korea. This law is based upon the UNCITRAL Model Law though there are some differences. For example, Article 27(3) allows for the appointment of experts by arbitrators to be challenged on the same grounds as exist to challenge the appointment of the arbitrator.
