Ireland OVERVIEW Since May 1998, the legislative framework for international commercial arbitration in Ireland has been set out in the Arbitration (International Commercial) Act 1998. The statute adopts the UNCITRAL Model Law with some additional measures and the full text of the Model law is set out in the Schedule to the Act.
