Time charter trip - Vessel getting low on bunkers in rough weather - Charterers insist on vessel proceeding - Whether vessel off-hire during deviation to lift additional bunkers

The vessel was chartered for a time-chartered trip from the Far East to a Sardinian port. She was described as capable of “15/15.5 knots on 52(1500) + 2.5 diesel oil or without guarantee about 13.5/14 knots on 37 tons IFO + 2 tons diesel oil, all details about”. Clause 35 of the charter provided:
