Commencement of laytime - Time used for restowage of cargo
Under a Centrocon charter owners claimed from charterers balance of account (based upon gross loading demurrage of U.S.$42,509.45)
or alternatively damages for detention. The dispute was centred on the commencement of laytime and the time used for restowage
of cargo.
