Costs - Whether arbitrators have power to award costs relating to the provision of security
Disputes under a time charter on the NYPE form were referred to arbitration. The arbitrators made an interim award in the
charterers' favour and awarded the charterers their costs. A question arose as to the costs relating to the provision of security.
