Charterparty providing for additional lump sum freight if vessel ordered to discharge at second port - Vessel discharging at Swinoujscie and Szczecin on River Odra in Poland - Whether discharge was at one port or two

The vessel, a bulk carrier of 35,982 mts summer deadweight on a saltwater draft of 11.053 metres, was chartered on an amended Synacomex form for the carriage of a cargo of maize in bulk from Brazil to various discharge port options, including "1-2 safe berths each 1-2 safe ports Poland". Rotation within the nominated discharge area was to be in charterers' option, except in the Spanish Mediterranean, where the ports were to be in geographical rotation South/North. The freight rate on the basis of discharge at one or two safe berths one safe port Poland was US$21.00 per mt, with an additional US$1.50 per mt for discharge at one or two safe berths at each of two safe ports Poland.
