Damages - Breach of contract - Solicitors' costs - Whether claimant entitled to damages in respect of London solicitors' costs incurred in assisting litigation in Singapore courts

Disputes arose under two transfer agreements relating to the transfer of two vessels from the respondents to the claimants. The transfer agreements provided for the transfer to the claimants of ownership and title in the ships upon their being signed, and for the respondents thereafter to transfer all necessary documents and to assist the claimants in complying with all formalities involved in effecting legal transfer of ownership.
