thousand two hundred and fifty-nine) caused to the cargo of cement carried by the Chinese vessel

. When the vessel was in Bangladesh the plaintiff applied to the court for the vessel to be arrested. The court ordered
the arrest of the vessel, the release of which could be obtained upon furnishing of a bank guarantee for Tk 6,50,00,000/=
(Taka six crore and fifty lakhs).
