Admiralty jurisdiction - Whether expenditure by directing mind of shipowning companies constituted Master’s disbursements

North Channel Nautical Village Ltd (‘NCNV’) was the parent company of 12 individual shipowning companies (‘the Owners’), each of which owned a floating home. The floating homes (‘the ships’) were operated by NCNV for resale on a recreational basis and as a time-share vacation project.
