The vessel was chartered on the Gencon form for the carriage of a cargo of bulk sulphur. The owners claimed damages and/or
an indemnity in respect of any liability they might sustain as a result of the charterers bringing legal proceedings in respect
of an alleged cargo shortage in Argentina, including the costs of defending such proceedings, together with interest and costs.
