Admiralty - Amount of security to be provided for release of vessel from arrest - Damages for delay

The plaintiff was the owner of a cargo of crude oil carried from Abu Dhabi to Chittagong on the vessel Saraband. The contract of carriage contained an express warranty guaranteeing that the vessel would arrive at Chittagong within 13 days from the date of sailing from the loading port, and that the carrier would compensate the plaintiff for any loss suffered as a result of any such delay.
