Laytime - Whether charter should be rectified - Construction of clause providing that cargo was to be discharged at specified average rate “per weather working day during working hours”

The vessel was chartered on the Americanised Welsh Coal form for a voyage with bulk petcoke to be discharged at two ports in Italy. A number of disputed issues were arbitrated, including an issue as to rectification and as to the calculation of laytime.
