Voyage charterparty - Time at which freight became due and payable - Whether owners entitled to interim award for balance of freight where charterers brought counterclaim for damages based on alleged breach of pumping warranty

The charterparty provided for two consecutive voyages, with the charterers having an option for a third voyage. As a result of delays which the vessel experienced prior to her arrival at the port of loading, the parties agreed that the vessel would perform only one voyage under the charterparty.
