Arbitration award - Implied duty of confidentiality - Scope of qualification to duty where disclosure reasonably necessary in order to establish legal rights against a third party

The issue in this case was whether it was open to a reassured as of right to disclose to reinsurers who constituted the following market an arbitration award and reasons made in an arbitration between the reassured and the leading reinsuring underwriter.
