Ships’ piping – the hidden threat

Eric Murdoch of the Standard Club, co-author of a recently published Master’s Guide to ships’ piping, discusses some of the issues he encountered while working on the publication.

Few people feel passionate about piping on ships, but during my research I met a number of seamen and engineers who really do. It would only be honest to admit that by the end of the exercise I, too, felt very strongly on the subject.
