Arresting ships in Algeria

TRADITIONALLY, maritime creditors have been quite conservative in their ways. In the past, the typical London shipping lawyer would often think twice about arresting a vessel outside of his favourite jurisdictions unless he had no other choice – to put it crudely, ‘nab it now or forever hold your peace’.
