The publication of this book by Mr Justice Coulson (as he now is) is an event which will be warmly welcomed by all construction lawyers. Adjudication is now a major part of the resolution of disputes in the construction industry. While there have been a number of useful publications on the subject, there has been a need for an authoritative textbook on the subject. This book fills that gap.
