Artpower Ltd v Bespoke Couture Ltd [2006] EWCA Civ 1696

In Artpower Ltd v Bespoke Couture Ltd [2006] EWCA Civ 1696 the Court of Appeal held that a clause in a contract which made provision for the termination of a contract in certain circumstances did not operate to bring the contract to an end automatically; rather, it gave to the innocent party the option to decide whether or not to bring the contract to an end.
