DUTIES TO WARN AGAIN

Aurum Investments Ltd v Avonforce Ltd (in liquidation) (Construction and Technology Court, Mr Justice Dyson; unreported, 6 December 2000)

1. A contractor’s implied obligation to exercise the reasonable care and skill possessed by an ordinarily competent contractor may require him to warn his client that the work for which he has been engaged is dangerous.
