Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID)

The UK has been among the best-prepared Member States to implement MiFID. Its implementing laws, regulations and rules took effect on 1 November. In the run-up to 1 November, there was still considerable MiFID-related activity at EU and UK level.
