Simpler regulatory system package receives go-ahead

The Federal Government’s ‘Simpler Regulatory System’ legislative reforms for the corporate and financial services sector are intended to provide investors with improved access to, and participation in, corporate and financial markets, while also enabling industry participants to benefit from reduced compliance costs and streamlined and more efficient regulatory processes.
