Background

On 29 May the DTI published its consultation paper on the draft Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2007 (‘the Regulations’) which will implement the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD) in the UK. The OFT also published guidance on the Regulations on the same day.
