Changes to Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers to take effect on 1 April 2007

Following consultations in 2006, the Securities Industry Council (SIC), Singapore’s takeover offers regulator, is introducing changes to the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the Code), effective from 1 April 2007.
