CMF amends general regulations

The French Conseil des Marchés Financiers (CMF)has amended its general regulations. The first set of amendments concerns the conditions in which transactions involving equities and equity-related securities can be concluded between a seller/buyer and several sellers/buyers other than on a regulated market. The second set of amendments concerns the conditions for admission to trading on a regulated market by a market undertaking of a financial instrument having one or more underlying financial instruments.
