Guidelines issued for financial institution staff
The Bundesaufsichtsamt für das Kreditwesen (BAKred) and the Bundesaufsichtsamt für den Wertpapierhandel (BAWe) have jointly
amended the ‘Guiding Principles for the Rules of Conduct for Members of Staff of Credit Institutions and Financial Services
Institutions concerning Staff Transactions’ (the Guidelines).
