The FSA Consults on implementation of the EU Prospectus Directive into its Listing Rules

The UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) has just published its latest consultation paper in its review of the UK listing regime, CP 04/16 entitled “The Listing Review and implementation of the Prospectus Directive” . This paper invites comments by 15 January 2005 and its key points in relation to Prospectus obligations are summarised below.
