Earlier in the year,

provided a series of articles that began by explaining the UK government’s plans to transform the UK consumer credit regulatory
regime through a review of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA). Given that a year has now passed since those pieces of secondary
legislation were laid before parliament, we take this opportunity to assess the current state of play in the CCA reform agenda.
