FSA publishes review of enforcement process and recommendations for change

Earlier this year, the FSA announced a review of the design and operation of its enforcement processes and promised a report with possible recommendations for change by July 2005.This action was motivated in part by criticisms of aspects of the FSA’s enforcement processes and practices made by the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal in January this year.
