Introduction

The issue, circulation and distribution of prospectuses and the application for the purchase or subscription of debt securities, stocks or shares is currently done through the use of documents which are manually handled. The Guidelines on Electronic Prospectuses and Internet Securities Application issued in December 2003 by the Securities Commission seek to mirror electronically the existing system and to augment the process.
