Regulatory Risk - The Need for Effective Management

Corporate Britain is unprepared for the increasingly aggressive UK regulatory environment. This is the key finding of a report commissioned by the international Law firm DLA. The research, undertaken by experts from the London School of Economics, is based on 50 in-depth interviews with senior staff from FTSE 250 or equivalent-sized companies. Its findings suggest that UK companies need to wise up to regulatory risk now or face the consequences.
