Consultation conclusions and consultation papers released

In September, the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) released one consultation paper and six consultation conclusions, including a consultation paper on proposed guidelines on hedge funds reporting requirements. The paper proposes additional guidance regarding hedge funds’ on-going reporting obligations by setting out the minimum amount of information that should be disclosed in annual, semi-annual and quarterly reporting to hedge fund holders.
