Securitised Derivatives: FSA publishes final Listing and Conduct of Business rules

Background

In today’s falling equity markets more and more attention is focused on ways in which to profit from such markets, or at least protect portfolios against their worst ravages. Hence the publication in June of the FSA’s Policy and Feedback Statement to its earlier consultation on the regulatory treatment of securitised derivatives is particularly timely and interesting.
