Polarisation: The Pendulum Swings Back

On 14 January the FSA published Consultation Paper 121“Reforming Polarisation: Making the Market Work for Consumers” in which it invites comments (to be received by 19 April), if possible accompanied by supporting data and research, on the options it has put forward for this second and more radical stage of reform of the polarisation regime which has characterised UK retail financial services since the 1986 Financial Services Act came into force.
