Calls for Ceiops reform “premature”

The three committees that underpin the Lamfalussy process should be allowed more time before criticism, that has been directed at the process recently, can be justified, according to the UK’s regulator the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Ceiops, CESR and CEBS should be given the opportunity to “come into their own” and develop their work on level 3 guidance.
