Ceiops to test CEA’s Solvency II proposal to correct “fundamental flaws” in MCR

Ceiops’ services have been called upon again by the European Commission in the final stages of preparation for a framework Solvency II directive. The adviser to the European Commission has received guidance to draft the third quantitative impact study (QIS 3), which should get underway in April this year, the results of which the Commission is using to build the directive and also to develop the accompanying impact assessment study.
