FSA challenge deadline expires

After two years of effort, the FSA plans to reveal whether the market has succeeded in raising standards of contract certainty

The UK and London insurance industry will find out for certain in January whether their efforts to raise standards of contract certainty have been enough to prevent the introduction of new regulations but the Financial Services Authority (FSA) said in December that its current view is that the industry has passed the test.
