IAIS reviews cross-border supervision

A review by the Financial Conglomerates Subcommittee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) has found that there are no significant gaps in the organisation’s guidance to promote co-operation and information exchange among supervisors cross-border and cross-sector, although there is some room for further work in this area.
