▪ GoshawK Insurance Holdings has missed a self- imposed deadline of 19 May to file preliminary results for 2005 after missing the 120-day regulatory deadline at the beginning of May. Trading in GoshawK’s shares was suspended by the UK Listing Authority following the breach and will not resume trading until the firm files its reports for the year. On informing shareholders that it would miss the regulatory deadline, GoshawK said it aimed to publish results on 19 May but having missed that date too, the company has yet to set another date.
