Broker Besso fined over “fraudster” former employee

Insurance broker Besso has been fined £20,000 for failing to seek approval from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) for a senior manager who had a string of convictions for fraud. The FSA said that the unnamed (now former) employee is currently being investigated for alleged fraud while working at Besso and is a convicted fraudster.
