Operational risk moves out of the shadows

Supervisors and companies either buying or selling operational risk transfer products need to gain a better understanding of the issues involved, in particular any new risks that arise in different areas as a result of the transaction, according to a new report published by the international Joint Forum representing banks, insurers and securities firms.
